Object Matcher by means of Image Processing

In this project, our research and modeling experts implemented the client-server architecture where the client part is designed especially for mobile devices. First, chosen images are processed, and then a set of descriptors is built and sent to the server where the most appropriate image is found in a set of templates. Finally, the title of this most appropriate and closest image to the specified is sent back to the client.

The program developed by Abto Software can be utilized in a number of areas including banking and finance — to detect currency, in distribution and retail — to search for a specific item of goods by its image in the database.
