An announcement control system for one of the world’s largest railway networks that spans 23,000 kilometers. A system that lets operators schedule, monitor, zone, and play audio messages across stations with ease – sensibly cutting manual workloads.
The whole railway network is carrying more than 80% of Ukrainian freight and about 50% of passenger traffic – reliable announcements are critical.

About the project
Abto Software is proud to have among its customers Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian Railways), the State Administration of Railroad Transportation in Ukraine that controls the majority of the railroad transportation in Ukraine.
The Ukrainian railroad network is considered to be the 14th largest in the world (over 23,000 km). Ukrzaliznytsia is also the world’s 6th largest rail passenger transporter and world’s 7th largest freight transporter.
Abto Software specialists developed a special audio announcement and message control system for Ukrainian Railways. This powerful software allows to set and monitor all the parameters you need on your control system, e.g. microphone stations, zones, message playback, sound volume, etc., then to play the recordings according to the schedule.
This innovative, reliable, easy-to-install system simplifies the way the audio announcements are produced, monitored and played. It also significantly reduces costs by integrating with industry-standard structured cabling and network infrastructure.
