SalesForce Call Center Application for Insurance Companies
Abto Software’s specialists developed a SalesForce application for our customer in Japan working in the car insurance services industry. SalesForce customer relationship management (CRM) is a system designed for effective selling products or/and services and constant business relationships management.
This application was created specifically for Call Centers allowing insurance company’s representatives to fill in the forms via SalesForce after receiving calls from the customers. Call centre workers have personal logins and passwords to access the system and record different types of messages from the clients.
