Job description:

The account manager role is a business development position responsible for increasing overall performance of the organization by developing new relationships and managing existing relationships with company customers and partners. This role aims to increase customer satisfaction by building and maintaining of strategic trust and delivering long-term value. As a result will drive revenue growth within targeted accounts by improving existing engagements and through sale of additional solutions. The account manager will work closely with the account owners (supervisors) to ensure communication and strategy with each customer is consistent throughout the organization.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities:

  • Enable further development of targeted accounts by identifying opportunities, building mutual trust and delivering the value to the customer:
    • Understand customer’s business, analyze data and recognize trends in order to propose the best possible technical and business solutions to the customer based on our experience, help to execute long term business goals and stay ahead of competitors;
    • Analyze existing and anticipated customer’s requirements, promote the new business opportunities and consideration of company services to fill such requirements;
    • Ensures customers clearly understand the “value add” of Abto services, processes and technical expertise in providing complete solutions to meet current and future business needs;
  • Represent the organization as the prime contact on contracts and projects:
    • Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, extend our network within the client;
    • Interacts with senior external personnel on significant technical and commercial matters often requiring coordination between departments and organizations;
    • Maintain close working relationship with key client executives and managers to understand delivery issues, address concerns and maintain customer client satisfaction;
    • Accurately communicates Abto share risks and opportunities to each assigned customer;
  • In cooperation with the PM improve continuously the quality of our services:
    • Review regularly our services with the clients;
    • Aid and drive performance and retention using relevant competency framework and KPI’s;
    • Applies own expertise to innovate processes, services and solutions;
  • Drive revenue by defining sales and growth strategy toward targeted accounts while aligning with critical sales business objectives.

Needed Requirements:

  • Master’s or higher degree preferably in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration
  • 2+ years of Software & Business experience (on the positions like Sales/ Account Manager/ Delivery Manager/ Project Manager or related)
  • The following experiences are preferable:
    • Experience as Account Manager at a reputed IT staffing company
    • Experience in selling or delivering solutions in design, development and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products
    • Experience in project management and interacting with application development teams using agile development methodology
  • Experience in doing business with EU clients
  • Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle and validation techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to listen; capable to deal with stakeholders at all levels – critical
  • Common sense and solid analytical skills
  • Business oriented mindset

Additional Requirements:

  • Technical training in business analysis, systems analysis, programming, testing and systems validation
