Our customer, a Jordanian software development company, has outsourced us a project where it was important to use Abto Software’s product VoipSDK‘s functionality.
The project consisted of the development of a mobile application for a large international media company. This mobile application was planned to be used on iPhone, Android and Blackberry for receiving the latest media company’s news.
Abto Software team was engaged in developing an extremely needed functionality in this application:
- Calling: Voice connection between users and a support service center using SIP protocol
- Messages – only between administrator and users and vice versa
- User Voicemail
- Live chat: web-mobile chat between the support service administrator and users.
