AI document classification

The Abto data science team combined experience in OCR, NLP, and AI to develop a cloud-based AI document classification service for a construction management system. The solution facilitates construction projects from planning and design stages up to operation and maintenance. 

AI customer support automation

Our team delivered a comprehensive AI-powered customer support automation system for a leading European FinTech corporation. The solution contains two main features:

• Automatic recognition of the incoming customer emails intentions and the messages received through the company’s support portal;
• Automatic fulfillment of the selected subset of recognized customer requests and logging of all automated decisions into Salesforce CRM.

AI-driven medical travel platform

We developed a comprehensive AI-driven online platform for medical travel. It integrates data from partner clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities and displays it to its end-users in a very clear and simple way through modern UI. We have also added a custom messenger to the platform to provide a smooth user experience and speed up patient consultations.

AI violence detection

Abto created an AI-based violence detection solution that can detect and report violent actions in the analyzed video footage. It’s also fully GDPR compliant as the solution does not utilize in any way person identification technologies and does not collect any personal data.
